To have us put your drawings into stitches, please do the following:

1.  Use a scanner or copier to make a clear copy of the drawing/design.  If neither of these are available, use a digital camera to take a clear photograph of it.

2.  Send the copy to us in an email.  (If you would rather send us the copy of the drawing by mail please email us to get our street address.)  Be sure to include the following in your email/letter: the size that you want the stitched design, the embroidery format--no .art format is available, AND a statement that the design is an original design and no one else has any copyright or trademark for it. Click here to print the form. If you are sending the design to us by mail, PLEASE send a copy and not the original to avoid loosing the design.

VERY IMPORTANT:  We can NOT digitize any trademarked or copyrighted designs or any drawings based on one.  This would include Disney, Barbie, Warner Brothers, television characters, college logos or trademarked or copyrighted business logos.  If someone else created your business logo, we need permission from the creator/artist to digitize the logo.

3. Once we have the design, we will send you a quote via email stating the cost to digitize the design and the projected completion date.  Prices start at $10 for very simple designs.  Designs with more colors and/or detail will cost more to digitize than one with less detail and/or colors. One that is from a copy that isn't clear or is pixelated will cost more than one that is clear and crisp.  Rush jobs will incur an extra fee based on how quickly you need the design.

4. Payment needs to be made before any digitizing is started.  We accept PayPal or money order.

5.  Once we have received payment, digitizing will begin.   After it is digitized, we will test-stitch the design and send the design file and a photo of the test-stitching to you in an email. When you receive the design, please notify us that you have it.  We then ask you to test-stitch it on your machine and make any recommended corrections.  Unless otherwise arranged, you will have a chance to make any suggestions for corrections within 7 days after the email is sent with the design.

IF you need us to stitch the design for you, we can do that and can discuss that via email or phone.
